1.1. With the registration in The-EdIS you declared through that you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions. You must know you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy govern MEC’s relationship with you in relation to The-EdIS. These Terms and Conditions are valid, also if The-EdIS will be used outside Austria. This site in not intended for use by any persons in a country where such use would be contrary to local laws or regulations.

3. Description of The-EdIS

3.1. The-EdIS enables the professors and teachers to establish an online interaction with his/her students. The professors and teachers can grade his/her students, define his/her lectures,setup his/her schedule, send email to students and chat with them. The professors and teachers could create his/her own private webpage and manage it.Professors and teachers can create and manage an excursion for his/herstudents.

3.2. The most part of The-EdIS is a free service for professors, teachers and students in the universities and schools. For the homepage and managing of the excursion MEC will charge a small yearly fee.

3.3. The content of the pages of The-EdIS is subject to change without notice.

4.1. The online service contained in this website is for educational purposes only. The-EdIS service is provided by MEC and whilst we endeavour to keep The-EdIS up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability,suitability or availability with respect to The-EdIS or the information, products, services, or related graphics containedon the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at you r own risk.
